We can offer a range of menus from traditional english BBQ to American Low and Slow! Think melt in your mouth Texas Style Brisket!! For weddings or more formal occasions we can also include Canapes on arrival. We also work with a local hire company so can supply tables and chairs, cutlery and crockery, dance floors and even jukeboxes! We have a number of staff on hand that can help with drinks service as well. Let us help take the strain from planning your big event!
We are passionate about BBQ & Smoking and stock everything you need to wow your guests. In the summer months you’ll find the shop packed with a range of sausages, sea salt and black pepper burgers, kebabs, PLUS all year round we stock Whole Packer Briskets, Pork Butts, Pork Ribs cut to spec, Chicken Thighs, Beef Short Ribs plus lots lots more! We also stock a range of Rubs and Sauces from some of the UK’s best Rub & Sauce producers.
