Gloucester Old Spot Pork Chops


Cooking Guidelines:
Remove pork from the fridge
10 mins prior to cooking.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Season pork with salt and pepper,
Fry gently turning every 2 minutes
until pork is cooked through
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with mashed potato, fresh
vegetables & our apple & cider sauce!
