English Oxtail


Cooking Guidelines:
Heat a little oil in a casserole pan.
Fry the beef until lightly coloured.
Add copped root vegetables and 
fresh thyme. Coat everything lightly
in plain flour.
Add our homemade beef stock
stiring continuously!
Cook gently for 2 hours at 160C
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with mashed potato 
or crusty bread!
