Whole Leg Of English Lamb


Cooking Guidelines:
Pre Heat Oven to 200C.
Rub lamb with choped garlic, chopped
rosemary & butter.
Place on oven tray and cover with foil.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and roast for a further 
60 minutes or until lamb is cooked 
to your liking.
Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a roast dinner, or fancy something
different try serving with morrocan cous cous.
