English Fillet Steak


Cooking Guidelines:
Remove steak from the fridge 10 
minutes prior to cooking.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Season the steak with salt & pepper
Fry gently on each side turning every
30 seconds until cooked to your liking.
Remove and allow to rest for at least 5 
mins. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with triple cooked chips, grilled
tomato & fresh peas
