Cooking Guidelines:
Remove lamb from the fridge
10 mins prior to cooking.
Heat a little oil in a pan.
Season Lamb with salt and pepper,
Fry gently turning ever 60 seconds
until lamb is cooked to your liking.
Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before
serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with mashed potato, fresh
vegetables & our homemade gravy!
