The center piece to any great dining experience! Rib Of Beef will always get your guests talking and this minimum 28 day aged English Rib Of Beef will melt in your mouth!
Cooking Guidelines:
Remove beef from the fridge 40 
minutes prior to cooking.
Fry the joint all over until coloured.
Season with salt 
Roast at 120C for 4-5hrs depending on the size.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest
for at least 25 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a roast with some of our
horseradish sauce!
