Beef Short Rib


Cooking Guidelines:
Brown the beef all over in a
a casserole dish.
Remove the beef and fry some
onions and vegetables in the pan.
Add a spoonful of flour and 
tomato puree, stir well.
Return the beef and pour over our stock.
Cover and simmer for 2-2.5hrs.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes
